The Pleasure Table: Peri/Menopause

The Pleasure Table is a community conversation series in partnership with Planned Parenthood. The Pleasure Table: Menopause and Perimenopause creates space to combine lived experience with trusted health education, ensuring participants have access to accurate information, resources, and supportive dialogue.

Together, we aim to reduce stigma, increase body literacy, and empower individuals to make informed decisions about their health, relationships, and overall well-being. Participants will explore topics such as hormonal changes, libido, body image, emotional wellness, and intimacy in a supportive community setting.

This gathering reframes menopause and perimenopause as a transition rather than an ending, affirming that pleasure, confidence, and connection can continue to evolve at every stage of life.
